Real
- The apps, their rules, calculations and SQL.
- Every action: checks, assignments, replacements, captured notes.
- The referee's numbers, computed step by step from the data.
Made up
- All people, companies, brokers, leads and documents.
- Prices and hardware figures.
- Integrations such as Pipedrive. No AI model runs; where one would write text, a fixed template does.
- Demos that change data reset every night at 03:30.

One small EU server, shared with production work. Each demo runs as its own service with a memory cap, its own user and its own data, over HTTPS.
